Shipping

We want to make shopping easy and affordable. All orders are typically shipped within 1 - 2 business days apart from weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Delivery is typically 1 to 7 business days from the date of shipment depending on location except for holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $35. No coupon code required.

Flat Rate shipping within the U.S. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is $3.00 for orders less than $35.

Do you Ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Return Policy

In the event, that you would need to return a product, please email us within 14 business days at customerservice@elegantanddapper.com with the following information: order number, the item needing to be return and the reason for the return.

Upon receiving the approval email for return the following must occur.

1.       The product will need to be in the original packaging,

          un-open, and unused.

2.     The approval email included

3.     and be received by us within 30 days of the date of the approval.

Upon receipt of the return and all the requirements being met you will receive a refund* of the purchase price of the returned item (not including shipping cost)

You acknowledge that you will be solely responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returns, regardless of the reason therefore. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not guarantee receipt of a returned item and encourage you to use a shipment tracking service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Carrier Damages

If an item is damaged by the carrier, please notify us immediately at customerservice@elegantanddapper.com.

 Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@elegantanddapper.com. We try to process order as quickly as possible. Once orders are processed and you have received an order shipment confirmation email we are unable to cancel the order.
