1. Have you tried these products?

Everything that we have on hand has been tested. If you have any questions on any of the products you can reach out to us by email, call, or message us on social media.

2. Do you make these products?

No. All the products we carry are made by other small businesses. We are similar to brick and mortar beauty supply stores but we unlike some stores know how the products work because of our testing policy.

3. How long does it take for the products to arrive?

Typically, we see our clients receive their orders within 2-3 business days once processed. During holidays or busy seasons we see that those days vary, but we send shipping notifications and updates when orders are delivered. We work hard to ship orders out within 24 hours of placement unless orders are placed on the weekends.

4. Do you take returns for buyer remorse?

Unfortunately, we do not take returns for buyers remorse due to the nature of the products. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it contact us as soon as possible. We work hard to process orders as soon as their received so if you have placed an order and have received a shipping notification with tracking, we will be unable to cancel the order.

5. Are the product you carry all natural?

Many of the products we carry are all natural products. Some do contain some other ingredients that are not naturally found but in those cases it is to help maintain the shelf life of the product. The natural ingredients we feel outweigh the small amounts in those cases.

6. Do you ship the products?

Yes. We carry all of our inventory. We also attend various vendor events so if you are in that area we would love to meet you in person and answer any of your questions.
