Return Policy

In the event, that you would need to return a product, please email us within 14 business days at info@elegantanddapper.com with the following information: order number, the item needing to be return and the reason for the return.

Upon receiving the approval email for return the following must occur.

1.       The product will need to be in the original packaging,

          un-open, and unused.

2.     The approval email included

3.     and be received by us within 30 days of the date of the approval.

Upon receipt of the return and all the requirements being met you will receive a refund* of the purchase price of the returned item (not including shipping cost)

You acknowledge that you will be solely responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returns, regardless of the reason, therefore original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not guarantee receipt of a returned item and encourage you to use a shipment tracking service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Carrier Damages
